Research is part of our commitment to innovation, providing access to new treatments that are not yet commercially available. We offer research studies on promising new therapies for patients who wish to consider this option. In these trials, new drugs are compared to the best available standard therapy. We also are involved in a national functional genomics program that is on the leading edge of research for more personalized cancer care.
Our Research Staff also helps our patients understand the technical aspects of clinical studies and will investigate studies offered elsewhere to help our patients to assess eligibility criteria. If you wish to discuss a trial, please contact our Research Department at (402) 327-7363.
You may review our local trials and a database of national trials using the search tools on the top of this page. In addition, SNCC is also member of the Missouri Valley Cancer Consortium Community Clinical Oncology Program. They provide local access to national clinic trials. You may search this trial database by visiting The Cancer Resource Center (CRC).
