It is always best to anticipate your prescription refill needs so you can have them written during a scheduled office visit. For your convenience, let us know of your preferred pharmacy at that time. If you are calling for a refill, we would like to have 24 hours notice, if possible. Please include your preferred pharmacy and its phone number when phoning in a refill request.

By law, you must have written prescriptions for narcotics, such as Percocet, MS Contin, Oxycontin, or Duragesic. These prescriptions must be filled within three days of being written. Federal regulations allow no exceptions. We are sympathetic to your needs and we want you to have the medications you need when you need them, but we must obey the law. We prefer that you pick up these prescriptions in person at our office to ensure you have enough time to fill them within the three-day period. No narcotic pain prescriptions can be made after office hours or on the weekends.
